1. Are your products authentic?

Yes. We carefully source products from trusted suppliers and strive to provide authentic TCG products and collectibles.

2. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India.

Shipping times depend on the product category:

  • India Ready Stock: 3–7 business days
  • International Stock: 20–35 business days

3. Why is there no tracking update for my order?

For International Stock items, tracking updates may be limited during international transit.

Once the package arrives in India, domestic tracking information will be updated and available.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the collectible nature of TCG products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Exceptions may apply if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrives significantly damaged

5. What is required for damage or incorrect item claims?

A complete unboxing video is required for any damage or incorrect item claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The full unboxing process
  • The issue with the item

Claims without proper video proof may be rejected.
