Packaging, artwork, and product appearance may vary depending on manufacturer releases and regional versions.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
- A product becomes unavailable
- Pricing errors occur
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

4. Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and shipping category.

India Ready Stock

Estimated delivery:
3–7 business days

International Stock

Estimated delivery:
20–35 business days

Tracking updates for international shipments may be limited until the package arrives in India.

Shipping delays caused by customs, holidays, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

5. Returns & Claims

Due to the collectible nature of TCG products, all sales are generally final.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrives significantly damaged

For any claim request:
- A full unboxing video is required
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from start to finish
- Claims without valid video proof may be rejected

Prices may change without prior notice.

Import products, limited releases, and pre-order items may fluctuate based on market conditions and supplier pricing.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order delivery estimates are subject to manufacturer schedules and international shipping timelines.

Delays may occur due to production, customs, or logistics issues.

Once products are ready to send, we will contact with you as soon as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, images, and text, belongs to Popcard Adda unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Popcard Adda is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Customs delays
- Lost packages caused by incorrect customer information
- Minor packaging imperfections from manufacturers
