Refund & Return Policy
At Popcard Adda, all products are carefully checked before shipment to ensure authenticity and quality.
Due to the collectible nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, all sales are generally final.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Item significantly damaged during shipping
- Missing item(s) in the package
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Opened sealed products
- Minor packaging imperfections
- Factory print lines, centering differences, or manufacturer defects
- Blind boxes or randomized products
!Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement !
To protect both buyers and sellers, customers must record a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
- The unopened shipping package
- Shipping label
- Entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
- All contents received
Claims regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged items without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
Edited, cut, paused, or incomplete videos will be considered invalid.
Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
support@popcardadda.in
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- The complete unboxing video
Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided depending on product availability and situation.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Pre-order products may not be cancellable after confirmation due to supplier allocation commitments.
